I've been on a constant diet for the last two decades.  I've lost a total of 789 pounds.  By all accounts, I should be hanging from a charm bracelet. - Erma Bombeck

Phase 5, Day 4
Score: 20 - Good

No exercises today.

The scoring ranges for Phase 5 are:
0: Excellent!
1-26: Good
27-44: Fair
45+: Start Again

Here are the explanations for previous phases:
Overview, Phase 1, Phase 2
Phases 3 and 4

What I ate:

Pre-Breakfast:
Mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey
1/2 cup applesauce with 1 teaspoon Acacia

Breakfast: I missed this. Sigh.

AM Snack:
3/4 of a cinnamon raisin bagel with Smart Balance Light
Mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey
One-A-Day Essential MultiVitamin; 500mcg Vitamin B12

Lunch:
1 bowl of Tomato and Bean 15-minute Stoup
2 slices No Knead Bread
Honeybush iced tea with sugar
500mg calcium from Tums; 200IU Vitamin D

PM Snack:
Honeybush iced tea with sugar
Food - NOT IBS-safe and I'm not admitting what it was

Dinner:
1-1/2 turkey hot dogs with ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, and onions on hot dog bun
Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans
500mg calcium from Tums; 500mcg Vitamin B12

Evening snack:
1 slice Pumpkin Apple Spice Bread from Heather's EFI Cookbook
Mug of honeybush tea with 2 sugar lumps
500mg calcium from Tums; 200IU Vitamin D

I got 6 additional teaspoons of Acacia throughout the day, for a total of 7 teaspoons of Acacia.
I got 74 ounces of fluid which is good.

Loc: the wabe

breakfast: dry Corn Pops
snack: mini bag fruit snacks
snack: cup pears, mini bag fruit snacks
lunch; dry Corn Pops, two mini bags fruit snacks
snack: cup peaches
snack: mini bag fruit snacks
dinner: company holiday party so nothing safe to eat -- two rolls (one w/ a light scraping of butter), a small piece of chicken w/ the terribly unsafe cream sauce scraped off as well as I could, small portion of diced potatoes (skin still on, slathered in oil and butter), five very tiny cubes of cheese (like about the size of six dimes stacked together), three butterfly-shaped crackers, about 1/4 portion chocolate mousse, two very small bites cheesecake.
post-Questran-incentive: UFO
liquids: water, ULO

I felt like I ate a ton at the holiday party, but when I write it down it doesn't seem like much. I started out being very good (I ate one plain roll before even touching anything else) but I ended up giving in to the futility of it all when I saw the travesty of the potatoes. I still didn't eat a whole lot and the really bad stuff was kept to a minimum.

I feel like I've eaten way too much the last week, but I haven't gained weight and actually went down a little -- I weighed 110 this morning. I'm not sure how since I am consuming a vast amount of empty calories with all the fruit snacks I eat, not to mention the UFOs.

Still have a miserable cold.

When I was in high school I could lose weight quite successfully by eating nothing but Coke and chocolate bars.

I'm sorry your cold is still hanging around.
