steamed veggies (just a few bites, really)
2 bites of their yummy cheddar garlic biscuits (IBS no-no, but SO yummy!)

Well, last night I did workout #2 from week one on the treadmill...... after a 30 min salsa class that was a total blast and GREAT cardio workout as well as working the core. It was so much fun!

workout #2 from week one :Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. (I did the jogging at 3.7 this time.)

Pre-Breakfast:
Mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey
1/2 cup applesauce with 1 teaspoon Acacia

Breakfast:
3 wee cinnamon rolls
Mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey
One-A-Day Essential MultiVitamin; 500mcg Vitamin B12

AM Snack: I missed this

Lunch:
1 bowl of Tomato and Bean 15-minute Stoup
2 slices No Knead Bread
Twinings Sunset Rose iced tea with sugar
500mg calcium from Tums; 200IU Vitamin D

PM Snack:
Beverage - NOT IBS-safe and I'm not admitting what it was
Food - NOT IBS-safe and I'm not admitting what it was

Dinner:
Crockpot Bourbon Breast of Chicken
Yolk-free Noodles
500mg calcium from Tums; 500mcg Vitamin B12

Evening snack:
1 Godiva chocolate (may NOT be IBS-safe for everyone due to dairy, fat ,and so on, but I do fine with just one)
Mug of honeybush tea with 2 sugar lumps
500mg calcium from Tums; 200IU Vitamin D


I got 6 additional teaspoons of Acacia throughout the day, for a total of 7 teaspoons of Acacia.
I got 80 ounces of fluid which is very good.

Horrible cold. Didn't really eat that much.

They are really good! And I am really weak, which is why they are always in my posts.

They are actually the generic Target brand -- I love them because they sell whole boxes of just grape and just strawberry. Those are the only two flavors I like. They are also more soft -- a lot of fruit snacks are kinda rubbery. Plus they are cheaper than any other brands ($1.52 for a box of ten pouches).
