Breakfast: skipped, sat at the dentist for 1 and 1/2 hours woth my son instead

Lunch: Big piece of home made bread

Snack: 2 luna bars

Another snack:(because my daughter actually took a nap!) Rice dream pie

Supper: Amy's soy mac, slice of homemade bread

Snack later: I will try not to but I will probably eat more rice dream pies

I can really see when I list everything out - I am missing fruit/veg on a regular basis and I eat too much sugar. It is my vice.

Phase 4, Day 7
Score: 17 - Good

Did my exercises today including walking. And 1 set of back stretches!

This is seven successful Phase 4 days so tomorrow it's on to Phase 5.

The scoring ranges for Phase 4 are:
0: Excellent!
1-21: Good
22-39: Fair
40+: Start Again

Here is the general explanation of the behavioral modification approach I'm using.

What I ate:

Pre-Breakfast:
Mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey
1/2 cup applesauce with 1 teaspoon Acacia

Breakfast:
2 wee Cinnamon Rolls
Hard-boiled egg white
Mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey
One-A-Day Essential MultiVitamin; 500mcg Vitamin B12

AM Snack: I missed this

Lunch:
Tuna sandwich (canned tuna; about 1/4 onion chopped; 5-6 midget gherkins chopped; a large stalk of celery chopped; salt; pepper; enough Reduced Fat Mayo to glue it together; 2 slices No Knead Bread)
Guiltless Gourmet Tortilla Chips (they're not so guiltless when you eat too many of them )
Tostitos Mild Salsa
Honeybush tea with 2 sugar lumps
500mg calcium from Tums; 200IU Vitamin D

PM Snack: I missed this

Dinner:
1 bowl of My Chili
2 slices No Knead Bread with a little Smart Balance Light
1 bottle of O'Doul's non-alcoholic beer (may NOT be IBS-safe for everyone because of the carbonation)
500mg calcium from Tums; 500mcg Vitamin B12

Evening snack:
1/8 Gingerbread recipe from Heather's EFI Cookbook
Honeybush tea with 2 sugar lumps
500mg calcium from Tums; 200IU Vitamin D

I got 6 additional teaspoons of Acacia throughout the day, for a total of 7 teaspoons of Acacia.
I got 60 ounces of fluid which is not enough.
