Breakfast - bowl of Quaker Oatmeal Squares w/1 cup of Rice Dream Milk (Vanilla)
Snack - some baked cheetos
Lunch/dinner - veggies with rice and chicken
snack - can of (low sodium) V8 juice
Night snack - one Quaker Oatmeal cookie
Exercise - 30 minutes of Aerobics and plenty of Heathers Fennel tea throughout the day.
Overall, I would calculate my rating as very good.
