Today was a little better than yesterday, but I still ate way too many fruit snacks. Fortunately, they are almost gone.
breakfast: two cinnamon muffins (that I forgot to put sugar in -- dry and tasteless, bleh!!) snack: another icky cinnamon muffin lunch: chicken stew, two mini bags fruit snacks snack: very green banana dinner phase I: 1/2 portion chicken stew dinner phase II: 1/2 turkey sandwich (hoagie roll, lite mayo) snack: three mini bags fruit snacks (help) liquids: 80 oz water (it took a LOT of fluids to wash down those muffins)

There are women who take wonderful care of themselves and eat only vegetables and run for ten hours every morning and take the right vitamins, and they will do just fine. I'm bringing up the rear. - Wendy Wasserstein
Phase 2, Day 6 Score: 8-1/2 (I only ate half my afternoon snack) - Good
I did my exercises today. Still short on the back stretches, of course.
The scoring ranges for Phase 2 are: 0: Excellent! 1-14: Good 15-29: Fair 30+: Start Again

LOL yep What are these back stretches you never do? I'm curious.
Right now I'm in the middle of writing 2 research papers for school. Both are due on Dec 4th, and I'm making it a goal to exercise every day after that until Xmas. It would be nice to get some exercise now though, ah well.

Ha ha... actually I normally eat a bowl of oatmeal every single morning. Just the past couple of mornings I've had to rush out to run errands and didn't have time to sit down and eat. My biggest goals are to eat a well-balanced diet (better than just "safe"), add some variety to what I eat, and in a few weeks I plan to start some exercising or yoga, but I'm not ready for that right now.

They're not hard. Basically, you stand with your legs apart, put your hands on the back of your hips, and lean backward. It's loosens up the back after sitting - especially hunched over a hot keyboard - helps restore the natural backward curve that's supposed to be there. I want to do them 4 times a day - the problem is I just don't think of them throughout the day. I guess I need to write something on the back of my hand.
Good luck with your research papers.
