BAD day for IBS eating...mostly because I barely ate during the day, and had coffee instead, which not only made it more difficult for me to eat, but made me extremely anxious, dizzy, shaky and nauseated...coffee is on the trigger list for a very good reason! Ive tried cutting it out in the past, but I just feel like I get so tired and sluggish without it...tomorrow, my goal is to drink green tea in place of my morning coffee...gotta start small sometimes, right?
Here is what I had today:
*coffee with soy milk and cinnamon
*low fat, all-natural carrot raisin muffin
*more coffee with soy milk
*frozen meal of pasta with chicken breast and vegetables (squash, bell peppers, and mushroom) plus a few spelt crackers
Definitely not enough food, but it was all I could choke down. I also managed to get in lots of water and plenty of SFS though...perhaps I should start recording my supplements as well.
Anyway, hope you guys all did better than me today!

UFO = Unidentified Food Object (meaning not IBS safe for everyone, maybe even including myself, so I don't explain what it so that others THINK it is safe)
