Cooked all day for a special dinner with the new boyfriend...so I didn't eat much except for snacks before dinner...I have got to stop doing that! I don't know why I get scared of eating early in the day...I guess it's because I am usually so bloated and full after I eat a decent amount that I pretty much can't function...so if I'm going to have an actual meal, it's better to do it in the evening, so I can just lounge around until bedtime.
Anyway, I was quite proud of the meal I cooked, although it wasn't very safe, except for the dessert (ironically).

*small cup of coffee with soy milk
*luna bar
*large apricot
*two handfuls of sweet potato chips
*broiled salmon with carmelized onions and a tomato, basil and mint topping, spinach salad with dried cranberries, almonds, and balsamic dressing, two small slices of sourdough bread, and a piece of lowfat blackberry cobbler with flax and oat topping...mmmmm!
