When you say Gerber bananas, do you mean baby food? I've heard its ok with IBS because its mashed up, but does it taste ok? Is there added sugar since its processed? Why do you eat those rather than a regular banana?

Yes I mean baby food. I have a lot of pain with any fruit or veggie (except canned green beans). It was suggested to me on this BB to try baby food. I've only tried the fruit as I figure the veggies are grosse. I buy the organic Gerber baby food and I don't think there is any added sugar (don't have the package with me at this time). The bananas are pretty good. I also get the pear with wild blueberry, which is very good.

Exercise: 1 hour rollerblading, mini home workout
