made an effort to drag myself there...did 20 mins bike (fast) then 10 mins elliptical and then 15 mins treadmill, so 45mins cardio which is my usual goal on a good day, so I am very happy with myself.
Food not so good but I am not in weight loss mode really...although I do have a wedding to go to in two weeks...uh oh!

Special k with soy milk and raisins strawberry rhubarb pie water & 1 tbsp acacia probiotic, b12
pasta with tomatoes soy milk
pasta salad water
water & 1 tbsp acacia mccains deep n delicious cake
strawberry rhubarb pie breaded chicken rice veggies water
pasta salad water hershey's kisses
Running out of groceries and I've been lazy, I really need to get to the store and start making some more healthy suppers. I haven't had enough meat recently and been eating wayyy too much sugar! I think my dose of sugar today was like 2 kg. Thinking of upping my acacia does from 2 tbsp to 3 tbsp per day.

Well I got myself to the gym today and did only so so as far as my food. At the gym I met with a trainer who is helping me set up a fitness and weightloss plan. Tomorrow I'm meeting with him again and he will have a plan set up and written out for me. As far as food I did awful: I had an iced coffee which i forgot to get the decaf so that wasn't fun roasted red pepper soup (yummmy) a veggie sandwich with dill and popcorn which was soso for my tummy hopefully i'll do better today

FYI.... coffee (even decaf) is one of IBS Seven Sneaky Deadly Sins
