food:
-organic red apple
-lemon soy yogurt w/half-tsp/acacia
**went out to late-lunch with my friend**
-2.5 vegan potstickers w/ginger sauce
-green salad w/vegan "caeser" dressing & satueed seitan
-luna sunrise: strawberry [SOO GOOD BTW!]
**later at home**
-little hummus w/pita
-white chips
-baby cookies
-"mudd pie" organic rice cream
-3 bean/pasta soup

other:
-water---but not enough=(
-iced decaf green-mint tea w/mango juice: diluted
-1 vitamin
-4 fiber-smart

exercise:
-50 situps
-40 leg lifts
-20 inside-thigh crunches
-40 side bends
-40 side twists

--definately had a "pms" day as i ate WAAAAAAY TOO MUCH! im stuffed

Exercise: vacummed & mopped all floors in house, 20 min walk
