Water & acacia
b12, probiotic
bread & peanut butter
social tea biscuits
carrots

mccain deep and delicious cake
doritos nachos
soy milk

water & acacia
Chicken crepes
Strawberry & nutella crepes
water

Ate some nasty food for lunch (cake, chips) and didn't really enjoy it. Sucks to be around unhealthy eaters, and I was tempted to make some real lunch, but didn't want to disturb the good girl talk. Did 3 hours of shopping, I'll count that as my exercise for the day..

-organic d'anjou pear
-nuts/cranberry luna
-pineapple chunks
-3 bean/pasta organic-vegan soup
-pretzels and crackers
-1 hazelnut stroopwaffel
-4 baby vanilla cookies
-vegan pizza

other:
-water
-peppermint tea w/acacia
-iced decaf green-mint tea w/cran.juice & water:diluted
-1 vitamin

exercise:
-1 dog walk
-50 sit ups
-40 leg lifts
-20 inside-thigh crunches

--had a really bad D attack in the AM, i think from my tofu dish on sunday.
