Activity: 1 hour walk through farmer's market

Food:

toasted english muffin spread with small quantity of spinach puree (the green stuff was a bad idea--migraine/nausea trigger. I did not order it this week)

asparagus soup with rice crackers (asparagus is still an "acid fiber bomb" as Nelly would call it)

safe fries with ketchup and Dijon mustard
grilled yellow and green zucchini
button cremini mushrooms (thai ginger kind of vinaigrette with lots of lime) *** at least I got supper "right"***

6 or 7 baby dill pickles (I still have that low sodium problem)

steamed baby carrots (chilled)

Had a day full of activity. Did dragon boat racing all day, followed by a game of tennis, and then a few games of beach volleyball. Fun day at the beach!

breakfast:
package of thinsations
water

lunch:
turkey sandwhich on white
applesauce cup

dinner:
at a pig roast party and I did not attempt anything unsafe as we were about an 1.5 from home
2 white buns and water

late night snack:
crackers
choc almond milk

defienitely did not eat enough today!!

-organic avocado-tomato-garbanzo bean salad
-organic 3-bean pasta soup
-wheat/oat toast w/mediterranean strawberry jam
-vegan tofu scramble w/fakin bacon & cheddar "cheese"

-water
-peppermint tea
-medium soy coffee
-iced decaf-green tea w/limeaide and water diluted
