Finally going to start posting regularily. My goals for the summer are to maintain a healthy weight (and try to gain if possible), eat well and exercise.
One thing that's great is my bf's mom who cooks so much wonderful Chinese food!
B12, probiotic bagel & soy cream cheese glass water + acacia
Garlic Shrimp & pasta glass soy milk tofutti cutie
luna bar glass water cereal & soy milk, banana, raisins orange
Chinese food - rice, tofu, veggies green tea water
45 mins rollerblading Gym workout - weight training legs and shoulders, abs stretching

food: -blueberry soy yogurt -organic teddy bear puffs -big organic red apple -wheat/oat toast w/organic baked beans and "cream cheese" [vegan] -4 slices/homemade vegan pizza
other: -1 liter/water *about* -small iced passion tea -1 vitamin
-worked 9 hours. on feet all day

Exercise: hunting for capri pants
Food:
spaghettini with asparagus sauce steamed carrots tossed with rice vinegar
baked potato topped with chives foil steamed summer squash mixed mushroom sauce/gravy thing (2 servings)
raw button mushroom salad tossed with spaghetti sauce
