Must entice self to eat with fun food as she is wasting away and has huge sunken shadows beneath eyes.

Stabilizing steadily by following Heather's diet.

Food (I've been sleeping through breakfast, lately):

Pasta tossed with Tomato sauce ("Classico Red Wine Vinegar & Herb")
"Carrots with Dill" (modified Sand's recipe in Recipe Board)

Skinny Fries with dijon &
Cremini mushroom gravy
4 Baby Dill pickles

More skinny vegan steak fries
& more "Dilled Carrots"

-wheat/oat toast *plain*
-lime juice/water mix
-green salad w/campari tomatoes & garbanzo beans;sea salt
-peach soy yogurt
-organic blue corn chips
-cup/white rice w/olive oil & sea salt
-slim fiber cereal w/soymilk & bluberries
-wheat/oat toast w/"cream cheese" & organic baked beans
-1/4 vegan choc.chip cookie

other:
-water
-small iced passion tea
*forgot vitamin*

exercise:
-40 side crunches
-40 side twists
-babysitting for 9.5 hours
