food:
-blueberry/flax vegan gran.bar
-organic limeaide
-big red organic apple
-big green salad w/garbanzo bean, tomato chunks, little olive oil & sea salt
-cherry soy yogurt
-big vegan chocolate chip cookie
-vegan pizza

other:
-lots of water
-small iced passion tea
-1 vitamin

exercise:
-36 inner leg crunches
-babysitting for 8 hours

Activity: Mall walking, 1.5 hours

Food:

--rice and summer/winter squash "salad" (yellow and green zucchini; butternut squash)

--spaghetti with mostly cremini mushrooms and a tiny amount of spinach

--4 dill pickles

(It's rather embarrassing re: the quantity of assorted mushrooms are in my fridge as they are one of the few veggies that don't seem to bother me, lately. Ditto for zucchini and carrots. The most IF I can generally get away with, I note, is less than 1 c. and truly I really have no desire to eat it for awhile. I'm eating foods other than veggies because if I didn't I would starve, I recognize.)

Sorry, I think the heat has made me feel foul tempered.

glass of juice

Dinner:
Ground Turkey Sloppy Joes
on white bun
Koolaid Sport pouch

Snack:
cooked and chilled baby carrots
