Exercise: I hit the mall!

Food(note: tummy is feeling much better after upping starchy SF and shifting calories)

quinoa creation (zucchini & yellow summer squash, mushrooms, a little bit of hidden spinach, some organic tomato sauce)

skinny oven fries dunked in dijon
marinated mushroom "salad" (no lettuce involved what-so-ever!!!)

spaghetti squash with Rice parmesan cheese and Fines Herbs & some hidden spinach (squash is a great snack & fast food)

Popsicle

Another popsicle

***no coffee=no migraines, another bonus of giving up the stuff***

Challenge: I need to eat more.

food:
-oatmeal w/blueberries, cherries & agave
-peppermint tea w/half-tsp/acacia
-crackers and basil-dip[vegan]
-lime luna
-tofu scramble ontop jasmine rice w/peas
-organic asparagas
-wheat/oat toast
-baby cookies w/pbuter

other:
-water
-small passion iced tea
-peppermint iced tea

--finally got a multi-vitamin today. no iron so hopefully no extra C.
