I'm at work and thought I'd put this in. I'm watching my diet now. Am walking about 1-2 hrs a day. Mostly 1. I'm looking for a new bike to ride.
What other exercise can I do now? My friends say that I should do stuff to get rid of the gut. How do I do that? (sit ups, crunches, push ups, etc) Won't doing sit ups and crunches give me a attack?
I've heard that I should drink lemon water. Won't that bring on a attack too?
I'm so confused.

Doing sit ups may be difficult at first and yeah you may get some discomfort or an attack. I suggest starting at home where you're more comfortable and have a bathroom close by. The more you do sit ups, the better your gut will adjust to them, and the easier your stomach will be with other types of exercises too.

Sticking to the program (i.e. Heather's guidelines and my tummy's cues) and I nipped the D in the bud. I think I'm on the right track again. Tummy loves rice based foods and roots for strong SF base.
Food:
--rice and steamed carrots
--rice, zucchini and mushrooms (Thai flavours)
--ahem, more steamed carrots, later
(I slept through breakfast!)
Well, at least I'm not orange, yet!
Kate.
