At work, coming up the stairs in front of my boss.... he says, "Shelley, your butt is getting really small!... I'm not trying to be gross, but it has really changed!!"

Hi there!

Exercise: None so far, as I was planning to go to my "Body Blast" class at 6, but Adrian is late so I don't have the transport to get there. So I will be ellipticalling in a little while and maybe doing some free weight stuffs.

Breakfast: Luna Bar

Lunch: a tiny bit of salmon, half a small potato (the salmon was not good like it was last night, VERY fishy.. ended up throwing most of it away)

DInner: (Have not had yet) Made "Italian Chicken and Sausages with Peppers" from the crockpot recipes on the recipe index which I will serve with whole wheat spaghetti. Oh, and I replaced asparagus for green peppers 'cause they hurt my tum.

Snack: I suspect I will have some pear spice bread, because I just made some.

So.. once again, not enough food in the day. Probably around 900 calories including dinner, and that's being really generous. Bah.

Cheers!
Steph

Okay, I'll report just for the habit of it--I've been recording what I consume, daily for I forget how many years.
Note: I eat whatever the heck I want (and 99 percent of the time it's IBS-safe).

No coffee
No cigarettes
There was a cold diet Coke or two involved, but predominantly water.

--strawberry smoothie (just strawberries)

--more strawberry smoothie (hey, it was hot out and I wasn't hungry, so I made a pitcher of the stuff, i.e. 4c.)
(plus, I'm beyond "bummed"/depressed and sleepless, so I thought I could use some happy food, i.e. good carbs)

--yellow tomato ratatouille (asian eggplant, zucchini, red onion, yellow tomatoes, mushrooms)
--side of cold steamed swiss chard (splashed with balsalmic vinegar and lemon)

--four dill pickles

--applesauce

Activities: mostly just wandered through the mall.
Biggest change lately: generally I just order bottled water when I go out for "coffee."
Challenge: In a protein "rut" and one of my "moods" where I just avoid the stuff so I skip traditional sources of the stuff.

Kate.
