Breakfast: a bowl of ceral (frosted flaks) w/ soy milk. Three slices of toast (Honey Wheat)
Lunch: 2 turky burgers w/ lettuce, tomatoe, honey mustard and bbq sauce. And ice tea
I also take Benefiber. 3 tablets 4Xs a day. Is that too much? or not enough?

This is all quoted from Heather right here ......
Quote:
*For the soluble fiber powders (Acacia Tummy Fiber™, Citrucel, Benefiber)
Start at 1/2 - 1 level teaspoon twice a day and over the next week or two (or three or four) work up to 2-4 tablespoons twice a day, or the equivalent of 12-25 grams of soluble fiber supplement per day. Some people may need a maximum dose of 30 grams per day. If you stabilize at a lower dose, simply stay there.
For the soluble fiber pills (Equalactin, Citrucel, Fibercon)
Start at 2 pills twice daily and work up to 2 pills six times daily, or the equivalent of 12-15 grams soluble fiber supplement per day. I do not recommend Benefiber chewable tablets, as they contain sorbitol, an artificial sweetener that can cause cramps, bloating, diarrhea, and gas in people who don't even have IBS - imagine what they can do to you.

Hello
I'm really pleased. I had two days that had the potential to be very stressful and I've sailed through them staying very cool calm and collected.
Tuesday is always my most stressful day as the Kids at one of the schools I teach are SO enthusiastic that they're exhausting
Today, I had to teach large groups of often unruly 7 year olds but found the afternoon went without a hitch.
Then I had to help out at a concert and my orchestra had to play. The problem was that I was ill last week and missed the last rehearsal and many of my key players weren't going to be there.
Still I deliberately kept myself calm and let everything sweep over me.
Well, I think I did - the next day or two will soon tell for sure!!
-------------------- Never EVER give up!
