no matter what. Every chinese restaurant I've ever been to has left me in agony. And I can't figure out why. Even safe foods aren't safe for me there. So I just make my own at home and no problem.

Oh my goodness. Went out to Chinese food also last night that doesn't use MSG and ate tiny portions and was miserable all night and today-Happy Mother's day right?! WRONG! I am not on any of Heather's supplements yet since I read the hormone posts. Now I am nervous that they will make it worse instead of better (in relation to the hormone issues I have with IBS). SOrry to say that I think Chinese is a no from now on for myself anyways. It's getting slim pickens on the dining out places but on the flip side, i am spending less $$ and it's better for me to not eat out. Good luck and hang in there!
