After reading what I have been posting I really do not feel like I eat enough in a day. This is probably the cause of my night time snacking. I am going to try and eat more often, snack more and get more IF in my diet. Today I didn;t eat anything until around 1pm!!

breakfast none: woke up with horrible abdominal pain and spent the first 1.5 hours I was awake in the bathroom or curled up. I think this was due to being extremely C for the week and then making a bad food choice at a restaurant the day before. So much for the C, we're onto D now!!!

lunch: plain bagel and water

snack: crackers

dinner: feeling better & daring
spaghetti

snack: baked tostitos
flattened sprite remix

Omigod! I really need a haircut! (I finally have enough hair for a trim. Nearly overnight it just started growing like a weed. I suspect that it might be because plant protein is easier for the body to assimilate and less stressful on the organs than animal protein, however, that is just a personal hunch. For whatever reason, my aloepecia seems to be in remission. Who knows--maybe it is the weather! 'Tis the growing season!)

Celebrated my 19th week smoke-free with flat diet gingerale and sugarless gum.

What I ate (trust me, hardly thrilling!):

veggie burger (what can I say--I love a good dijon and something different to dunk with)
baked morrocan carrot sticks
asparagus "mock-a-mole"

really huge bowl of miso-veg. soup(I love miso!)

"Tuscan" zucchini and mixed mushroom salad
on spring mix
with baked tofu

More baked tofu for a snack
with asparagus "mock-a-mole"

That's all, folks.
Kate.
