Okay, I got my lazy butt out for a 20 min. stroll to soak in a little vitamin D beyond the pill bottle.
Here's what I consumed:
strawberry smoothie (fruit only)
smoked tofu (this stuff is really good!) asparagus "guacamole" baby carrots
eggplant stacks, red onion & mushroom crumbles with melted soy mozzarella spring mix salad with balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon juice, dijon and fresh parsley
snack? maybe some applesauce or a banana or a small mango if desired--probably not, though. So, basically a very high SF fruit or a glass of natural soy milk. I'm downing some really strong lavender-mint tea, currently.
Note to self: I really don't like exercise. Going for walks in the sunny spring weather triggers the desire/urge to have a smoke because I formerly chain-smoked in this weather and went for walks.

breakfast: oreo crisps bottle of water
lunch: bagel with margarine fruit cup
snack: choc chip cookie 
gym: 30 mins on elliptical, 20 min workout bottle of water
snack/dinner: ham on a bun
work: no snacks or real dinner so it is 10 at night and I am starving!!! we'll see what I can find to munch on, try to make it healthy
