Food was OKish Cornflakes with rice milk 1 chocolate vegetable soup, one slice of bread an apple 3 squares of chocolate 3 marshmallows Yummy dinner of turkey sausage in a tomato, courgette and pepper sauce with pasta (mmm!) The equivalent of one ADB raw (I made them for a work colleague's birthday)
GYM: I went to the gym, even though I was at work late and hungry too.
I did: Bike- 20 Rower- 12 Treadmill- 8 running, 2 cooldown AND one rep of all my floor exercises
Verdict: Now if I hadn't had the chocolate I would really have done well. Social life calm this week so should make the gym again tomorrow too, feel great for having gone this evening.

Hi all,
Here we go for today!
Breakfast: 3/4 of a Luna Bar
Snack: 1/2 of a Luna Bar
Lunch: Leftovers from last night, very small portion.. Butternut squash raviola (did have liquid whole egg, so not safe for some people!) with italian chicken sausage (casing removed) in tomato and herb sauce - mmmmm, so good
Snack: 1/2 of a sourdough roll with 1 Tbsp of Low Fat Peanut Butter
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, white rice and peas (not the most healthy, but we were sort of in a hurry and I am so sore and I had a bad tummy attack so needed to lie down and left Adrian to do dinner (I suspect maybe the egg in the pasta?))
Snack: "snack pack" peaches and mandarin oranges, juices drained
Also did pretty well with water and things today and...
NO CHOCOLATE and NO POP! Wooo. 1 day down, a million to go.
I did a lot of walking around today, but no real exercise as my legs hurt soooo bad. Will do some tomorrow.
Cheers! Steph

Food - so so. Got into chocolate and crescent rolls. Otherwise not bad. Caved in and had bedtime snack. I was truly hungry.
Exercise - walking to and from Liam's school to pick him up - 40 mins walking plus pulling 75 lbs of kids in a wagon. A few minutes on the elliptical to play!

..it's hard to keep out of the chocolate isn't it? I think I am just going to have to have none in the house and avoid places that sell it!
Working exercise into your regular routine, like walking to pick Liam up is a great bonus move. Good luck with the elliptical today!

Put down thr chocolate. LOL!
Great that you forced yourself to go to the gym when you didn't want to! That can be so hard sometimes! I forced myself to go yesterday even though I had bad menstraul cramps. It was worth it though.

It is so smooth and quiet - it's like skating on ice, it's that easy. Hubby liked it too. I love that I can go hop on for 10 minutes at a time, and still have it all add up!!!
BTW - I was under the impression that short bursts of accumulated exercise were just as good, but hubby says, no, it has to be all at once to be the most beneficial. Who's right??
