Breakfast: Weetabix, soymilk Snack: grapes Lunch: Granary bread sandwich with tuna, coleslaw, tomato. Banana Snack: Smoothie Dinner: Baked cod, ratatouille, green beans, baked potato Dessert: Bad IBS unfriendly UFO
Exercises: took the stairs up to 7th floor 3 times, walked home 3 miles fast.
Results: about 2000 calories which is nothing to be proud of but mostly due to UFo binge after dinner. At least I got some exercise in too, and got some good fruit & veg into me.

my smoothie wasn't home made- it was one from M&S- they have a deal on the 500ml bottles at the moment and I drank half of the blueberry, blackberry & raspberry one.
The baked potato was a nice change. Haven't used my sweet potato or butternut squash yet, am going home for Mother's Day at the weekend so unless I cook it on Friday night then it'll be next week.
Doing well so far though

I know as a student I shouldnt be shopping in m&s but as a treat theres one down the road from us in the station and we always take trips out there..its open till 11pm....for when we have cravings for things. I have bought so many of those offers on the smoothies that we had multiple bottles in our flat and so started making them ourselves filling the bottles and taking them to uni!! I LOVE the pineapple banana and coconut and the cranberry and rasberry one...mmmm.mmm

but there's one in the Count on Us range, I think it's strawberry and raspberry that has yogurt, I've bought it a couple of times thinking it was the safe one and have had to donate to Padhraig. I've saved the bottles too, my freezer is full of frozen berries so I should start smoothie making again!

and it was yummy....we had treat day today in our house...although we are being SUPER good we sometimes let ourselves have the odd trip to Nandos...I dont know if you have them in ireland...but basically they do the nicest, most addictive flame grilled chicken u can imagine that is low fat and IBS friendly if you get the medium spice and can handle that ok. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the place...the people there know us we go so often....we're always saving and blowing out change...its only a fiver for a quarter flame grilled breast and 2 sidelines...I usually have the spicy rice and corn on the cob, the lower fat option or the periperi chips....and today i had them. The portion is reasonable and they are NOT greasy AT ALL so no need to ruin the diet. It sooooooooo nice that you cant believe its actually good for u!!! We used to have the fat free flavoured frozen yoghurt(like icecream)...which strangely tummy can usually handle...but as it has LOTS of sugar in we havent had it for last 58 days that we've been doing this so I took a divertion on the way home to get a cranberry and rasberry smoothie...all that talk made me crave one again!! YUMMY!!!

but at least they are good for you! I went to my parents' place yesterday and there was a big box of maltesers open on the coffee table which I dug in to and I brought my Mum out fo dinner last night and had dessert, bad Sinead We don't have Nando's here, but it sounds familiar, I think we might have been in one in Australia?
