I've been doing ok on eating and working out, not great but ok! I'm still not feeling real well but I'm doing 2 miles on the ellitpical and lots of stretches and some arm weights. I didn't have time to eat before physical therapy yesterday so I did break down and order a ham and cheese omellet from the restraunt next door! Boy, did it taste good! I did good at dinner last night with a chicken breats and some rice. I had some toast for breakfast today, I have a weight watchers frozen nukable thing for lunch. Harley and I have puppy class tonight so I brought a sandwich for dinner and I have a bowl of fruit, strawberries, pear and kiwi for a snack!

I'm going to have to go shopping for a pair or two of pants for work. The ones I've been wearing, I can pull off without unbuttoning them!! I don't want to buy much because I still have a lot of weight to lose but I've got to have a couple of pairs of pants to wear to work!

Breakfast (before I made my resolutions) Chocolate croissant
Lunch: carrots and rice (sore tum)
Snack: mini pitta with smoked turkey, tomato & hummus (mmmm)
Dinner: brown rice, chicken & veg stirfry, small porions.
Snacks: 2 UFOs, 90 cals each. Now the box is all gone so no more temptation there.
Some Sprite Zero at the cinema

No exercise as went to the cinema.

However- the trousers that I didn't think would fit me do! I was dancing around the bedroom when I tried them on. They are a little tight on the thigh but given that I have another pair that simply have no notion of ever meeting in the middle again I was thrilled!

12 oz. Fennel Tea
12 oz. Water
1 Banana Graham Muffin
1 Viactiv Chews
1 Luna Bar - Lemon Zest
12 oz. Water
12 oz. Peppermint Tea
0.5 Soy Yogurt - Vanilla
1/2 cup Kashi Go-Lean Cereal
5 Crackers, Saltines - FF
5 Dried Papaya
12 oz. Water
12 oz. Ginger Tea
32 Pretzel Nibblers - Sourdough
1 slice White Bread (BH&G)
1 Tbsp. Better 'n Peanut Butter
.4 cup Veggies (green beans, corn, peas)
5 Banana Chocolate Chip Bar
7 Pretzels, Thin Twists (Shaws)
6 oz. Fennel Tea
12 oz. Water

Only did my 20 minute pilates tape. Over did it on the pretzels and like 3 too many banana chocolate chip bars, so didn't feel good at all that night or next morning....

.. it feels soo good to have room in your pants, well done you!

(and so bad to feel your thighs exploding out of your jeans like i felt last night!)

Any bit of exercise at all is great, 2 miles is a lot more exercise than I did yesterday! Keep up the good work.

BAD IBS attack..... did not eat much or go to the gym.... went home, took meds, got hot water bottle and crashed until American Idol was on..... PLUS it is "that time" of the month Shane took really good care of me.....
