Breakfast: Crispies with choc soy milk Snack: pineapple, melon & grape pieces; a soy yogurt Lunch: thai noodle vegetable stir fry Dinner: prawn salad, chicken stirfry and fruit salad all cooked by DH, two glasses white wine Pre dinner@ prawn crackers and carrot sticks w dip In work in the afternoon: about 4 very very heavy handmade chocolates, our dept had a box of them as a Valentine's gift oh and a heart shaped biscuit that a colleague bought me (it would have been rude not to eat it!)
Conclusion: on the day that was in it I could have done a lot worse, however I feel horrible about my weight and how tight a lot of my clothes are on me so I need to pull myself together and get in a better place mentally about my eating habits etc My main goals are to only eat when I am hungry and to get at least 20 mins exercise every day. I HAVE got to do this for my mental health (and DH's!) as much as anything. HELP!

frosted flakes w/ light soy milk
1 dried fig 4 egg whites w/ ketchup
thin crust pizza (tomato sauce, tomatoes, broccoli rabe) 1/2 c chunky apple sauce
1 jolly rancher lollypop 2 figs
chik patty in 1/2 pita w/ reduced fat mayonaise
2 vodka tonics
frosted flakes w/ light soy milk
around 1500 calories. the drinks, of course, not super healthy. but i made sure to eat carefully otherwise. and it was a meeting with a playwright from work. really need to get to the gym - it's been a week and a half. and hey, no chocolate - the figs work well as a substitute.
