HELP FOR WEIGHT LOSS

My daugher is getting married on May 20, 2006. I want to look great that day. I need to lose twenty to thirty pounds that I have put on. Can anyone suggest a way to be able to accomplish this with IBS-C??? I am a person who needs to follow an eating plan that is written out, with what I am supposed to eat for that day. Do you know what I mean? Thanks for any help that you can give me.

I forgot to add that I had researched Nutrisystem, but some on the other message board thought it was too expensive, etc. I need to do something. Has anyone here tried that eating plan with success, and no IBS problems?
