Still real sick. Ate about 1300 cals and drank 300 in orange juice. No exercise. I think I am about to get D from having a cold.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

1 c. egg whites baby spinach puree basil & chives
chicken vegetable soup (1/2 c. chicken breast, anise, asparagus, shiitake mushrooms)
"big ol' salad" (cremini mushroom crumbles on field greens with fatfree raspberry dressing, extra cinnamon dijon & balsalmic vinegar)
2 gf "original soy burger" patties ( www.solcuisine.com ) broccoli puree topping seasoned with McCormick's salt-free "garlic & herb" topping
All that and still less than 1000 calories. Might have to splurge on some UFO sugarless gum or tictacs!
Kate.

Hey Guys,
My symptoms were actually much better today, so I was able to indulge a little...here's what I ate.
*shredded oats, extra small banana, soy milk
*half veggie burger sandwich, salad with beets and chickpeas, and lite dressing
*kombucha tea and something called a "Bumble Bar"
*mushrooms, zuchinni squash, and tofu over brown rice two small cranberry oat cookies, and small piece of dark chocolate.
I was still a little hungry after dinner, so I kept eating...I feel a little guilty, but I know it's just my ED mindset...my gut feels fine, and I've gotten in all my calories today!
