i know what you mean - behold my sunday so far, which has included the couch, getting up for food, and getting up for.. well, to put gym clothes on, but have i moved yet?

music might be a good outdoor zone-out thing - i find walking without music just boring sometimes, but walking with a good cd on (or, i suppose you could do a book-on-tape), or just being outside w/ the headphones, is a similar immersion, but without needing to be indoors.

ok, back to tv and reading blogs...

Breakfast:Weetabix, a pear
Lunch: toast, cereal bar
Snakc: popcorn at the cinema
Dinner: P brought me out on the way home from the cinema- fishcake, roast chicken and veggies, a spoon of his dessert and two glasses white wine. mmm!

Exercise: Walked three miles to town today (via the Museum which had an exhibit of the work of Irish hat designed Philip Treacy- it was v cool) Went for a walk/jog this morning.

Due to all the exercise at light lunch I balanced out and came in just on target calories wise

Hi ya'll

Exercise: None, whoops!

Breakfast: 1/2 kaiser roll with 1 Tbsp of LF Peanut Butter

Snack: Granola Bar

Lunch: Tuna Sandwich (kaiser roll, mini can of tuna, 1 Tbsp of Ultra Low Fat Mayo).

Dinner: Chicken and mushrooms in teryaki sauce, asparagus, carrots and peas and serving of "Crunchy Skillet-Browned Garlic New Potatoes" from EFI (with regular potatoes, cut into slices). Mmmm, this dinner was sooooo good. I LOVE these potatoes. Very yummy, probably ate a little too much but it was too good to resist!

Cals: over 2000 . Exercise: didn't get through weights and ball, only 1.5 rounds or half of what I should have done. Maybe I need vitamins. Baked some cookies and ate a ton of them! eek!

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
