Methinks that the girl is getting increasingly comfortable with losing the lowcarb mentality and feeling cool about SF foods, as desired. It really is tough programming to lose.
Anyways, re: today. I felt cruddy and bagged breakfast--if I didn't listen, I know it would have revisited me.
So...
chai tea with rice milk
steamed rice grated zucchini, sauteed in organic veg. stock (splashed with rice vinegar/soy sauce)
tic tacs
portabella mushroom/green bean "salad"
spinach/herb puree boiled baby potatoes (YES! I confess with KETCHUP! My addiction is back. Memories of "How to Eat Like a Child")

I had a worse day today than yesterday but I didn't eat as much. I need to keep my tummy full in order to feel better. I was too busy cleaning and was forgetting to eat.
Mini Bagel 2 Mashed potato burritos Soy Egg Nogg Chamomile Tea
Baked Fries Animal Crackers Nilla Wafers
2 Mashed Potato/(Tofutti)Sour Cream Burritos
Cream of Wheat
That's it! I usually eat alot more than this. No wonder I was having reflux problems.

Today felt busy. I'm stressed out. I'm moving to a new city w/ my BF the last week of Dec., starting at a new college in Jan. and I'm scheduled to go to Tahoe with my BF's family this weekend. I hate car trips!!
1 piece zucchini bread 1/2 angel food cake
1c. spaghetti squash
2 pieces zucchini bread 1/2c. applesauce
1 serv. arrowroot cookies sourdough bread
dinner (out) pad thai white rice thai spinach cups
Under 1500, but food seemed pretty okay today.
