Crispix
decaf chai with Rice milk
Spinach
Mega mushrooms
Veg. soup (totally love that IMAGINE Asian style Chicken Broth)
Green beans
2 mini potatoes (ketchup, lol! one of those childish need to squirt moments!)
More spinach (and uh, yes, more ketchup!)
Soy crisps
Comments: A pretty good day. Just felt nauseated, dizzy, etc. Couldn't get off the couch. However, my M.D. says I'm anemic, so go figure. Maybe that's why I hit the spinach? Just one of those Popeye cravings.
Kate.

OMG!!! Linz you are so right about the Sweet Cinnamon Zucchini Bread!!! It is really yummy and terribly addictive. And the recipe makes 24 pieces! I'm in trouble. Even my BF can't stop eating it.
For today:
crispix w/soymilk
eggwhite omelette w/slice soy cheese & soy bac'uns 1 slice sourdough w/vegan butter and apple butter
applesauce baked blue corn tortilla chips w/apple butter (a little weird but it works great as a dip)
2 1/2 pieces Sweet Cinnamon Zucchini Bread
2 pieces sake nigiri 5 pieces bay roll 1 c. edamame
8 twizzlers
A fantastically caloric day! Maybe a little too caloric? A solid 1830.
The only thing I regret is all those Twizzlers. I wouldn't say they made me sick, but I felt pretty gross after eating them, like they would never digest. Yuk. Next time, I'll stick to 2 or 3.

2 Mashed potato/Green Bean/Mushroom Burritos 1 Mini Bagel w/ Country Crock (that triggered a major attack!!!!) Down for 1.5 hours!
Chamomile Tea
Homebaked Fries Teddy Grahams
Mashed Potato/Mushroom Quesadilla Chamomile Tea
2 Plain flour tortillas 4 Twizzlers
1/2 Mini Bagel w/PB
2 Flour Tortillas
Cream of Wheat Chamomile Tea
Wow, lots of Flour Tortillas, today. Maybe one day I will be able to put more stuff in them, again. I am not comfortable going back to egg-white omelettes, yet. Use to eat alot of those.....However, they made me very gassy. I just didn't realize it until I stopped eating them last week. I'm much less bloated without them.
The twizzlers didn't set well with me, either, Karen! LOL!!
My husband bought them and I had to sneak in a few. I microwaved them until they were really warm and gooey.....YUMMY!! I LOVE TWIZZLERS!!
I don't even count how many calories I take in. I just want to eat alot and put on weight!! I have gained about 5 lbs, I think. Last month I was 101 lbs at the time of my procedures....now I weigh 107 lbs. My goal is 120 lbs.
One day at a time~I got a ways to go.....but I will get there. Michelle

No worries! I grew up in Illinois so I know both sides of the food extreme.
Sake nigiri is raw salmon on rice, a sushi thing.
I know you don't like sushi but when your feeling better and adventurous you might try it. I don't like really fishy tasting food so I stay away from raw tuna and many of the others but I'd never give up my raw salmon. BUT I am very particular about where I eat it from, it is only good (to me) if it is REALLY fresh.
Edamame is just plain out boiled or steamed soybeans usually seasoned with a little salt. Since starting on Heather's diet I've been really careful with IF greens but I can handle this really well. And its so good.

Whoooa, that sounds interesting! You go, girl! I'm allergic to fish! NO, just kidding. The only fish I will eat is blackened tuna and I haven't had that in over 2 1/2 years, BEFORE IBS!! I LOVE blackened tuna. I could eat it everyday. But, I won't touch any other kind of fish or seafood.....I tried lobster tail once and I almost threw up. It was sooo nasty! It was overcooked and chewy like bubble gum. I remember chugging it with a whole glass of wine because I didn't want my friend to feel bad for giving me a piece of it. It's so expensive that I didn't want to spit it out OR throw it up! LOL!!

Uh oh! Seriously, like you I was a ketchup fiend, and I suspect, now, that it might turn into a daily thing.
Could be worse, lol! It's lypocene.
Nice to know, I'm not alone. Somehow, you've inspired me, Marci. I used to like it on pita. Or spiked with a little curry. But, you're right--it rocks on potatoes and noodles and veggies, too. Most things, I find can be redeemed (or improved)/saved by ketchup. Only Heinz, of course.
