Getting back under control after recent naughtness even more. Smeggin' rebellious streaks. Oh, how I pay!

1/2 c rice pudding
1 small portabella cap + banana
1 c quinoa/potato corn dish
1 small baked tater
1 c tater/corn stew
1 c apply sauce w/ raisins
few assorted handfulls of raisins thru entire day
another banana.

not where I need to be yet. Too much fruit, esp. raisins! Still trying to work the taste of sugar out of my system.
Progress gives me hope!

Tummy feels so much better wheat-free. No acid reflux. Hey, when you start projectile-vomiting and having acid burning even up your nose from trying wheat I think that's a sign that one should listen to allergy test results.

Crispix

Green beans
2 mini potatoes (1/2 c. at most)
cremini mushrooms

Vegetable soup

more vegetable soup (and some Extra-Strength allergy/sinus Tylenol which worked like a charm in less than 20 minutes)

green beans
more cremini mushrooms
2 mini potatoes

1/2 serving mini soy crisps (super yum!)
decaf Chai tea with Rice Dream

Honestly, I know it's less than 750 calories, but I'm just not hungry and I don't want any acid/reflux and well...it's not like I do squat and I just cannot eat as much as before and...I'm satisfied and truly want for nothing beyond a good night's zzz's until NOON, tomorrow.

I keep having creepy cat dreams.

Kate.

Today was a very lazy day and I was very lazy about making food but tomorrow I will make Heather's zucchini bread (ala Linz's suggestion- thank you!) and some safe salsa. I think I need more food variety.

crispix w/soymilk
1 serv. apple/cinnamon rice crisps

1 serv. arrowroot cookies
1 dinner roll

2 c. spagetti squash w/dill, sage, vegan butter, s & p

6 vege potstickers w/teriyaki sauce

1/2 amy's soy cheese pizza w/asparagus and and garlic

1 piece angel food cake

Calorically wasn't too bad of a day, Amy's pizza boosts it up to 1510. (I also realized I was miscounting the cereal so some of my other counts might be off by a bit.)

I didn't seem to react badly to anything food-related today. That was a rare and nice experience.
