Crispix (not bad!)

Maria's "Garlic" Soup, 2 big bowls (asparagus, shitake mushrooms, matchstick carrots, scallions, celery, broth)
& Asparagus stuffed mushrooms

Parsleyed Eggplant chips (really tummy soothing. inspired to try eggplant whipped potatoes. also, i suspect that eggplant stuffed mushrooms would really rock.)

Mini Red potatoes (with chevril)/a few steamed scallions
Spinach puree/mushroom crumble/red onion/Fines Herbs

Applesauce (homemade, fuji) NO CINNAMON!!!

That's all. I hope these attacks die down. If not, I will further modify the diet. Aie, I hate being "under seige" by IBS-D.

I'm really really sick of mushrooms, too!

Kate.

dodgy day, ibs-wise. i started working my fiberchoice dose upwards again, and just like when i first started on it, i've been sorta gassy... and it smells pretty bad. wishing i had those charcoal filter things. this morning, before i got out of bed, my stomach felt a little rumbly - a couple of days of not-too-safeness catching up. so i took it easy this morning, and dosed myself up (pepcid, immodium, pepto, gas-x - i was out all day and didn't want to get sick). feeling mostly better now. should be fine by tomorrow.

mini bagel w/ jam

1/2 mini bagel

granola bar

chik patty on mini bagel w/ reduced fat mayonaise

mashed winter squash (bought this frozen - very happy with it) w/ maple syrup & pumpkin pie spice

chocolate soy dream

special k waffles w/ jam

went to the gym yesterday - 30 minutes elliptical, 60 crunches.

Thanks for being interested.
Mainly, accountability for what I eat. Just coming out of a naughty streak of too much random munching. No matter what that it, it makes me sick. (At most, I can only handle 5 cups of food/day without getting violent stomach cramps or have food come back up my throat. Ew. I know).
And, having a horrid time w/ the IBS. MAJOR MAJOR bloat.
