Does anyone find that after they exercise they get bloated afterwards? Or is it just me?? I just drink water while exercising.

Do you breath really heavy while working out? I tend to find myself "sucking in air" so, sometime I do get bloated after. Don't GULP your water or use the kind of lids on the water bottle where you have to suck to get the water out.

Oh, hm, I've never noticed that before. Maybe I do that. I use the gatorade bottles? You know what I mean? Are they any good?

Could you be a mouth breather? That could do it too!
Just a thought

Yes I believe so. ..Hmm. But if I were a mouth breather, how would one change the way they breath?!

You will have to pay close attention to your breathing...you really should anyway when you are working out. Try to close your mouth and inhale with your nose and exhale by puckering your lips and blowing out (kind of like if you were whistling)

Your form is important too.... suck your belly button in toward your spine.... and really watch your breathing... (see above post)).... try that. And watch those darn water bottles.... I always twist the top off and drink it slow....and try to not drink it when I'm still half out of breath. I usually take in a deep breath though my nose and then FULLY exhale (see above post).... and repeat before I take a drink of water during my workouts.
