Still in rebel mode, following my 'basic instincts.' (When I use the term 'basic instinct' I am referring to a certain primal need/scream/plea for the tuna/egg whites to which I am responding. It's bizarre when the 'killer bunny' shifts into this mode.
Here's what I consumed:
--2 salads as big as the toilet bowl with assorted lettuces/greens (romaine, baby spinach, spring mix)(I'm not exaggerating or trying to be funny; rather I am being honest. My 'tossed salad' bowl is the size of the toilet bowl.)***a romaine burger would be so yummy!!!*** Or even a romaine roll versus 'cabbage roll.'*** --green beans --portabellini mushrooms --spinach/basil/dill puree (green sauce/dressing) --broccoli --1/2 c. egg whites --4.2 ounces albecore tuna --3 c. broth
That's all. I feel so much more in command and stronger with the protein and am mentally functioning better. This is what body seems to want for right now. I don't quite understand it, but "I'm listening."
Protein: 107g (55%) Fat: 9g (11%) Carbs: 140g (34%)
Kate.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
