I have IBS, but I also must watch my sugar & salt. I know that Silk was one of the substitutes for milk, but has anyone looked at the sugar content? It is high. I try to keep my sugar under 10 grams per serving on any product. Any other suggestions? [color:purple] [/color]

You could try Silk Soymilk - Unsweetened Aseptic, Quart.
