I know I'm officially on "hiatus" from reporting, however without really paying seriously obsessive attention to what I ate and just going with my intuitive flow this is what the ingredients of the day are:

(in typical hobbit habbit/random order, etc. et cetera...)

--4 c. papaya (super yum!)
--1.5 c. beets
--2 c. carrots (steamed with lavendar, camomile), 2 tsp. brown sugar
--1 golden kiwi (puree)
--spinach/watercress/dill/parsley puree
--yellow and green zucchini salad
--1/2 c. yellow tomatoe (peeled) with cilantro
--juice of 3 lemons

I think beyond maybe some blueberries or applesauce, that will be all for tonight. I banished the source of yesterday's nasty MSG attack and also uncovered a source of milk ingredients (Jolly Ranchers--they contain butter) that were upsetting me.

Had a great walk at the market, this morning and the most outstanding siesta. My only OFFENSE today was a lot of UFO beverage in the morning and yes...it sure made me walk really really really fast.

I can't sleep at night but zzz's find me in the afternoon.
So...without obsessively counting calories and all that junk, I physically feel pretty good--still shakey from the MSG nightmare but otherwise hyper!!! (a regular energizer bunny!) Also--having eliminated legumes, life is so much less stressful.

Listening to my gut/trusting my intuition,
Kate.

I'm sorry to hear about the butter in the Jolly Ranchers - you seemed to enjoy them so much! It's crazy what food companies put dairy in these days.

Glad you are feeling better. Hope you can catch some nightime sleep soon!
