Yep, the juicer is going on my wishlist. I'm hoping someone will decide to do something nice and give me a big fat check... but that's unlikely to happen.
How lucky for you that you live near a great farmer's market. I've been freezing things a lot lately, too, because I like making huge batches and then not having to do so for a while. Great tip about the cookie sheet and freezing!
Yes, I think that all the fruits and veggies have really helped my allover wellbeing. I feel healthier and generally more energetic. Working out seems to give me a lot of energy, too.
P.S. I'm sorry that you were sick yesterday. Throwing up is such an awful hardship on the body. Hope you feel better today.

I am a meter reader and summers are very tough for me.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
