Much better today!
B: 2 oatmeal packets 340 cals and 4g
snack: luna 180 and 4.5
lunch #1: banana 100, egg beaters and soy cream cheese and tomato chunks on a tortilla, can peaches 260 and 7g
lunch#2 PB&J 260 and 7g
dinner: so yummy!!! grilled peaches over spinach with only a couple pieces pork chop and 2 baguette pieces and sliced potatoes with thyme. 400 and 9g
Total so far:
1540 and 31.5 18% fat or so
Exercise: biked 20 miles in heavy wind. (but I discovered something interesting. I always lead when we bike together so I can set the pace. Today I decided to let DH lead on the way back -headwinds- it was like he was pulling me along! I hardly had to pedal. We have decided we will switch off leading from now on. We are perfectly matched for biking fitness at this point. ) Burned 760 cals. Um I think I deserve some ice cream.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
