I will definitely take a boo for them here. I'm not sure if they are available in lil' ol Northern Canada, but I'll definitely look.

I don't bother with the bowls--I'm not a super-size me kind of person! The packets rule--totally portable too and cheap. I'm also a sodium freak (I've got a sodium chloride deficiency, virtually unheard of, but my anti-convulsants really suck all the salt out of my body and the M.D. wants me to eat as much salt as possible!). I've even taken them with me to places that are quite likely IBS hostile food environments. You can fit it in your purse. If it suits you, you can add a few veggies that you find tolerable and palatable.
