What is the fitday and where do I find it?
Have just been browsing the Fitness and Lifestyle board (cos really I should do it) and found this posting from you. Please help.
Along with ibs.d for 30years I have also spent all my life with an overweight problem - the usual yo-yo dieting - lost 5stone put 6 back on etc. etc.

Just butting in here, but fitday (which you can find at fitday.com) is a website where you log in all your food and exercise, and it tells you if you're eating more than you're burning calorie-wise. It's a really good tool to help you lose weight because you can see how many calories are in the foods you eat - and some of them might surprise you! Fitday will also give you a good idea of how many calories you should be aiming for each day (check out the exercise section where it tells you how many you're burning - you want to take in a few 100 cals less than that).
