Hmmm. Recovering from a migraine today and couldn't be bothered to make any lunch.

B: Instant oatmeal with raisins and honey. Glass soy milk.
S: 3 ADBs. Rooibos with soy milk. Water and Dioralyte.
D: Pasta & tomato sauce.

Total cals: 1254! No wonder I'm now hungry. Think I'll fit a snack in before bed.

NOT POTATOES!!! (Allergic reaction and attack due to potatoes, therefore eliminated from diet no matter how cute those new ones are, forever. Freedom from nightshade attacks!)

Feeling infinitely ameliorated without salad/lettuce. The g.i. impact of my potatoe related attack should dissipate by Thursday. I've always had a problem with them.

--1 c. puffed rice
--1.5 c. steamed rice (in divided doses)
--Earthy mushroom soup (lots of ginger and assorted mushrooms, a few zucchini strands, broth)
--puree of asparagus and spinach
--puree of zucchini and spinach, sweet basil

Still not enough basal calories. Intend to consume a few rice cakes/crackers later.

Consumed: too many
Burned: too few

Was extremely stressed out last night because of a French test today. We did the entire text book in a week and a half and today we have questions over every single verb tense. I can't tell them apart consistantly, and I am freaked out. I should not have turned to food though! Guess that's my blow it for the week.

Felt kind of crappy today. I'd like to blame the pill, but it's really ME! I made myself go for a short walk and then grocery-shopping so I could eat a real meal on Wednesday. Anyway, I just felt like eating breakfast foods all day, so I did.

breakfast: Luna Bar, instant oatmeal

snack: crackers, slice of cranberry-pumpkin bread

lunch: 2 GF, blueberry waffles

snack: Luna Bar, flour tortilla

dinner: 2 bowls Crispix w/ soy milk, 1 slice toast

snack: spoonful of PB

MOM, 2 banana, luna, pretzels, carrots, naner bread
potatoes, snap peas and mushrooms, sorbet and HNC
total 1650 and 7% fat.
Exercise: worked 5 1/2 hours and did ball exercises. Drank a ton of tea. Also I had 1 cup Earl Grey and wanted to mention it in case I have trouble I can keep track of what caused it- since I don't keep a journal anymore.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I just can't share it.

Let's see....salmon, brown bread, butter, wine, margarita, brownie, not the AD kind...baked potato with dairy....
I was just bad. I'm almost oK today, but it was just stupid.

We were at DH's restaurant. What can I say?

I'll do better today.
