Well, it was a totally planned out great day till I stinking forgot my lunch at home.
So here goes:
*breakky- soymilk/soy prot./strawberry/metamucil smoothie, 8 oz *snack-2 animal cookies *lunch (yikes)- DQ chicken sandwich and FRIES(i hurt so bad after this)with iced tea. Heartburn so so badly. *snack- 2 rice cakes, and 5 mini carrots.
*dinner-4 oz chicken breasts, 2 cups rice, 1 cup zucchini, 1 TBSP margarine. *snack-mango(1 cup)
So far at 1576 cals, doing well despite the cheat. It was NOT worth it.
Dinner to come, likely 4 oz chicken, white rice and a nice SF veggie.
Drank a ton of tea etc, have a headache, and it wasn't worth it. I did have lots of H2o and 2 nice soft poops today though, so it's not All lost.
-------------------- Keep on keepin' on...

Yeah! No salad (i.e. raw leafy greens/lettuce, raw anything) stress/pressure.
--1 c. puffed rice --1.5 c potatoes (in divided doses) --puree of spinach/asparagus/sweet basil --cremini mushrooms
I'll nibble on some dry stuff later (i.e. rice cereal/rice crackers) I just don't have much of an appetite. I don't physically do much, either, and it's hot and I'm also sleep deprived. Maybe sleep will be on the menu tonight.

Usual food for the day: MOM, 2 banana, luna, pretzels, carrots and PB&J. Dinner: potatoes, mushrooms and snap peas with half a wasabi salmon sandwich on a ciabatta roll. I always pig out on that potato dish and so had room for only 1/2 sandwich. Dessert: sorbet Totals: 1780 cals and 28.5 fat or so 14% fat. Exercise: worked 6 hours and really need to do situps!
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

There was NO way I was getting near the computer last night. In fact, I haven't even finished logging my foods. I promise I'll do that when I do todays and then report in. Right now I'm feeling very delicate and haven't even had brekkie.

...tho I'm not sure on the cals for dinner (Si made it while I was in bed with a migraine) so I'm probably a little under.
B: Instant oatmeal, honey, raisins. Rooibos & soy milk. L: Tuna mayo noodles. S: 5 ADBs. D: Hot and spicy soup. Smoked haddock in a sauce, with crackers.
Total cals: about 1900 Target: 2200
So fine, even if that was a little underestimated.

I had today off and all to myself! Other than breakfast, I sort of grazed all day. I felt a bit nauseated, but this is due to the bc pill I'm taking; even though I've been taking it for years, when I start back up after a week off it makes me feel ill.
breakfast: Chocolate Peppermint Stick Luna Bar, oatmeal, 1 slice toast
rest of the day: 1 flour tortilla 2 thick slices low-fat cranberry-pumpkin bread w/ cup of Teeccino Thai Kitchen Ginger Rice Noodles Luna Bar 7 crackers 2 GF blueberry waffles
Plenty of water, as usual.
