--1 c. puffed rice
--1.5 c. basmati rice (total for the day; I divide it up with my mini-feeds as I find it hard to tummy more than .5 c. in one sitting/.75 c. max. without feeling too full)
--puree of red swiss chard, herbs
--salad: mesculn/cremini mushrooms/parsley
--puree of asparagus, spinach, arugula, herbs
--Later on: some rice cakes/crackers or puffed rice.

Note: the salad was more mushrooms than mesculn--the greens were more of a decoration or colour/texture contrast. I really really like mushrooms. If you're craving a peppery green, arugula is great. Really HIGH in calcium, too. Greens cook really quickly. Cooked, blended/pureed, and with sf they sit deliciously with me and are so versatile.
If you're looking for a greens based pizza sauce, try arugula and spinach.

It's scarier when you think that it was our seventh anniversary (give or take a few days) of being together. What can I say, when you know, you know!

Where on earth did you find sweetpotato noodles?

On another note, where did you find your psyllium tablets? I can only find ones that contain gelatin I live near Chicago area so maybe I could find your store??? Whole foods has none there.
