Got up late today after watching movies with sis'. Pre-breakfast was more like pre-lunch!
pre-breakfast: Chocolate Peppermint Stick Luna Bar
breakfast: Quaker Instant Oatmeal, one slice of toast
snack: bowl of Crispix w/ Vitasoy, one slice of toast
snack: banana
lunch/dinner: black bean and Spanish lime rice burrito w/ chopped tomatoes and onions (small amount as toppings), baked tortilla chips
snack: Chocolate Peppermint Stick Luna Bar
snack: crackers, strawberry soy yogurt

busy again--
-*med.sized apple -*FF soy smoothie w/blueberries and peaches and acacia [1TBSP]
late dinner [1130PM] -*whole wheat pasta w/homemade "burger" added in and some hemp oil [if any trigger it was the oil but the dish was YUM]
-babysat from 10-330, 2 baby walks -bakery work from 5-930PM -morning pilates -65 oz/water

Wow Shell, that sounds like an awesome day! You were WAY under your food budget, well done!!
You really like those toasted nutz n cranberry luna bars, huh? I don't like those ones so much, I am more a peppermint stick kinda girl, hee hee.
I am thinking about trying to get one of those soytein drinks for if I am really going to stick to trying to work out (gotta lose them boobs!!), Adrian wants to get protein drinks as well so maybe we could share.
2 more weeks 'til Seattle!!!!!!

2 more weeks 'til Seattle!!!!!! Whole Foods HERE WE COME!! FYI...the can of my shakes cost about $19 but I think it makes 16 servings....plus the cost of soy milk too... 8oz per serving... I just bought the Choc Peanut Butter flavor... I think it might be a little higher in fat but not much and is 10-20 calories more per serving......BUT it tastes like a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup...YUMMERS!! The MAIN thing I like about this shake is......you don't get that "heavy" feeling after drinking it....and it is really fast to make. I'll tell ya more about it later......
