Weight Loss week 2: another 1/2 a pound. 11 to go, at this rate it will be 22 weeks before that happens.

Sigh.

today was perhaps just as overindulgent as yesterday?? *im enjoying the weekend* but will hate it come monday--

breakfast
-*kashi-straw-fields w/extra-fresh straw & FF soymilk
-*fresh sliced strawberries & papaya chunks
-*glass/apple juice

snacks [430P-645P]
-1/4-cup of *peach cobbler "ice cream" =P
-*med.sized apple
-*peach soy yogurt

dinner [855P-230A]
-*whole plain sliced potato
-*more papaya chunks
-*vegan pizza [3.5 pieces or 1.5 slices]

-7-8 glasses/water
-tension-tamer tea w/acacia [1TBSP]
-15 minutes of pilates in the morning
-beach walk

BETTER but i could have done without the extra icecream and the extra piece/pizza. i feel i ate WAAAY too much for my tummy--but its coming out so thats good!

For some reason I got a little paranoid about having it up the other day... I'll put up a different one soon. It might be one of my doggies instead of me for awhile.

Special occasion day:
B: MOM and banana in it
luna and banana
leftover fish and rice and papaya jam
a papaya with some strawberries
Went out to fancy seafood restaurant. It was awesome! I have been there twice before not on the diet and I was so happy with how it worked out now. It does pay to go to expensive places to avoid the triggers.
I had: seafood sampler platter appetizer with lobster, shrimp and crab with a little bit of sauces (cocktail and sesame soy), soup crackers, raw carrot and cuc, grilled halibut with steamed potatoes and asparagus and sherbet for dessert and peppermint and chamomile tea!!! Then we went to a pub since MIL wasn't drunk enough yet and I ordered vodka and cranberry juice. Then we eventually pulled her home. I did really well and it was a great night food wise.
Exercise: 12 miles bike indoor in 50 min and situps. burned just under 500 cals.
P.S. our meal and half of brother and sister in laws anniversary dinner came to $240! (half of the total bill that is.)

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
