I'm not going to list individual foods anymore... it seems to be too confusing/problematic for readers.

So!

Today: 21 pts. consumed
4 pts. burned
TOTAL: 17 total

The sad news is, the last week I only lost .5lbs! So, I went from 137 to 136.5.

Here's hoping the coming week will be more successful!

B: MOM with br. sugar and banana, and reg soy milk. 385 and 4 g
Snack pre-exercise: luna 170 4
lunch: 1 thin slice nana bread, little bit of leftover pasta and a little creamed corn- 250 and 4
snack: banana, peach cup, HNC 2 bowls (then I was full) 400 and 2 g
dinner: apricot grilled chic, rice, asparagus -not too much- 300 and 2g
dessert: little bit strawberries and sorbet- 125
total 1630 and only 9% fat I think. I am not sure why so low.
Exercise: situps and biked 14 miles -outside!!! then active all day putsing and cleaning. Says I burned 590 cals! I think it was a little lower than that though. But boy if I keep that up maybe I can lose the 5 pounds. My back/hip is sore though since I lifted the tomato greenhouses last Sunday. Wish me luck on recooperating with it!

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Activity? Nothing mentionable.
Low output, therefore low input.

2 c. puffed millet
6 soda crackers
puree of zucchini and spinach
6 soda crackers
1 c. mashed new potates with herbs
puree of asparagus and celery
romaine, mesculn, alfalfa

Later? Probably just more soda crackers. Yes, I know...no fruit. I'm just not in the mood. Maybe I'll switch to rice cakes! Or who knows!!! But something to the effect of crackers. Very plain and bland and safe.

Please don't stop listing foods on my account. Please. I feel so bad.

I think you should post your foods! It may actually help to see that there are no absolutes and that we must learn to find our own intolerances.

I think it would help you to be more accountable if you keep listing your foods, Chinagirl, since you are trying to lose weight. That's what this board is for, right?

Please just do what is best for you. I won't ask questions anymore. I was just curious about quorn, and now I know what it is! And I know it isn't an option for me so I don't have to be trying to hunt it down anymore! BTW, I did see it in a HFS today and I thought of you.

Urgh! This thing makes me soo mad sometimes because I accidentally keep clicking out of it when I finish my post before I click the finish button! Well anyways I've been so rotten lately with all the UFO's I've been having I just really wish I could go food shopping. I'm kinda low on the cash flow right now. I need a job!

Breakfast: Chrysanthemum Tea and Homemade wheat bread with organic apricot pear jam on top

Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup from scratch(LOTS!)

Dinner: 1 large UFO

Dessert: 2 tiny UFO's

Snacks: Cherries and Honeydew

Excersize: Yoga

I'm going to start a purifying thing tommorrow to rid myself of all the bad chemicals and stuff I've been eating lately. Hopefully it will work and hopefully it wont totally skrew up my whole stomach system but I'm willing to give it a try.

Oh no, Cyndy. I didn't mean to make you feel bad. It's really not just you- there are lots of newbies floating around who get very confused and upset by the fitness board. I do keep a close record of my food intake myself (on my computer) so it's no big deal to not list it on this board. The points are enough of a check in, I think.

I ate loads of cals today (had a PB & jelly fest ) BUT I was building a damn brick bbq (Si decided on this and was then too busy to help much ) so I figured my lifestyle really did count as Strenous Work (contruction) which meant that I was STILL within range.
