323g carbs (71% - high)
83g protein (21% - low)

Foods eaten (this is for May 20, but I accidentally put it all into May 21, so the days will just have to be reversed...)

When I reported Thursday that my tummy was rumbling well...not good!!! So yesterday I was ok but obviously C and then last night I went to the movies and was in intense pain through it. I could hardly stand it when I got home. Tea and heat worked and I am ok but bloated and C really bad today (posting Saturday for Friday). So no actual report of cals, etc. I am so disappointed to be in a bad streak again. It started from getting sick and being on meds so there was nothing I could do. I have to remember I have severe IBS and can get "unstable" awful quick and have to tell myself its okay and I don't need to be superwoman you know. At least it is summer!

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I GAINED ONE POUND BACK.... it's that lovely time of the month (So that is a total of 80.5 lost since May 28, 2004)

I have already reached my FIRST goal that was to lose 40 pounds by Fall Sprawl! My SECOND goal was to lose an additional 20 for a total of 60 by Fall Sprawl.... which I did. My THIRD goal was lose another 20 for a total of 80 by January 31, 2005...but that did not happen....

Then my FOURTH goal... was to lose an additional 23 for a total of 90 pounds by April 30, 2005..... This did not happen either....but it was be close But that is OKAY!! I'm working on NEW goals with my trainer. ... We are not aiming for a "WEIGHT" right now, but more eating the right foods, right portions, right times of the day (several small meals) and LOTS of exercise!!

New ONE YEAR Before & After Pics will be coming soon.... Shane & I will take some over the weekend of 5/27/05.
