Still off work sick, appetite starting to return... B: rice krispies with rice milk and a banana L: 1 slice toast D: Honey mustard chicken and rice Snack: wafer marshmallow thingies (called pink and whites, only 50cal each) Activities: None Calories consumed: 1806 BMR: 2306 minus 1806 for food minus 500 for weight loss = EXACTLY 0.
Now, this is probably not good as I didn't get as much exercise as I would on a normal day so I should probably adjust my BMR....
Weighing in tomorrow, expecting to be down at least one pound, will let you all know how it goes in the morning

Today I am completely C because of being out of glycolax and I feel so yucky! I took some milk of magnesia before bed though so I hope that helps. Breakfast: Chrysanthemum Tea and Cereal w/ regular milk and Banana Lunch: 1/2 Tuna salad sandwhich, fat free cottage cheese w/ fruit, and carrots Dinner: Chicken, Peas, carrots, and yams Desser: Some Jelly Beans Snacks: Plum, 3 slices turkey lunch meat, broccoli Excersize: Dance Dance Revolution! Plus some chrunches and yoga!

Feeling back to normal again YAY! B: 3 oatmeal 480 snack: luna 180 lunch: Noodles and Co penne and marinara with mushrooms and chicken and rustic roll- no oil or cheese (I love that place!) probably at least 500 dinner: Italian chicken salad with 2 rolls 550. That is it so far. If I wasn't so tired I would make brownies. exercise: did a lite version of exercise today, first time after being sick. Burned probably 225. Then shopping all day. Cals 1710 so far. -225 exercise = 1485.
