BMR (+ lifestyle) 1724 + activity 557 - 350 = 1931 calorie target
Breakfast: banana smoothie, 2 hardboiled egg whites, slice of toast w/ marmalade, 2 tea biscuits = 326
AM Snacks: turkey jerky = 160
Lunch: pb&j on lite bread, applesauce, pretzels = 276
PM Snacks: apple jacks, jello, tea biscuits = 329
Dinner: grilled italian turkey sausage w/ roasted onions, roll, carrots, small potato, UFO beverage = 490
Dessert: brownie = 125
Drinks: 16oz teeccino (25), 8oz liquid in the smoothie, 16oz cafix (another coffee sub - 25), 26oz water = 66oz
Food & drinks total: 1756... but I will probably have another brownie
Activity: raking, 2 hr 15 min = 557! and oh my goodness, do I HURT! LOL!
I actually might have burned up more than that, but I really don't know. I did a lot of raking, but I also had to drag all those piles of wet leaves from the bottom of our backyard, uphill (up steps!) to the front yard, then back down to dump them at the curb - all done on a very heavy tarp twice the size it really needed to be. That's really why I hurt - all the dragging and lifting. Wet leaves are HEAVY. Even my ribs and the front of my chest hurt.
But it feels good!

today was a great day! i did alright AND discovered my unbearable pain/bloating from yesterday was due to my long-awaited period that i finally got tonight after 2.5 months of nothing! *HUGE sigh of relief!*
B--2 cups/peppermint tea w/acacia [1TBSP total] --*blueberry soyogurt w/acacia [1/2 TBSP]
S--handful/*O's cereal,dry --med.*pear in slices --*fruit leather before work [4:45p]
D--homemade *noodle soup w/carrots/tofu cubes --5 energy roots --2 cups/peppermint tea w/acacia [1TBSP total]
water--7 8oz.glasses AM exercises+housework, 1 dogwalk around block and panera work tonight i had a good day

OK... here is my reporting in...... My BMR = 2083 + I burned 971 calories (45 minutes Circuit Train (weight machines) - 3 times through doing 20 reps of each...followed by 45 minutes on the Elliptical, all per my PT) - 730 less calories to get to my goal = 2324 calorie food budget.
Breakfast (starting at 6am instead of 8:30-9am) : 125 calories cup 1/2 cup unsweetened Applesauce, 9 Scrambled Egg White (= 3 eggs) & Water
Snack: 170 calories Toasted Nutz N Cranberry Luna Bar & Water
Did you see my updated good news on the NEW flavors of Luna Bars ?
Snack: 45 calories 16oz Tazo Decaf Chai Tea w/2 bags and 3 sugars from Starbucks
Snack: 50 calories 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce & Water
Snack: 170 calories Toasted Nutz N Cranberry Luna Bar & Water
Snack: 50 calories 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce & Water
Lunch (around 2:30pm is a normal time for me): 395 calories 3oz Mini Tuna w/Light Mayo and Pickle on 1 Sliced French Bread, 3oz Tuna w/Light Mayo (using my pretzels as a spoon ), 1 oz Pretzels & Water
Before Gym: 210 calories Soytein Energy Drink (Chocolate w/Vanilla Silk Soy Milk) & Water
At Gym: 10 calories 3 Altoids & water
Dinner (between 8-8:30pm, after the gym): 375 calories 10" Flour Tortilla w/3oz Chicken Breast, 1/2 cup Basmati Rice, 3 Tablespoons Picanta Sauce & Water
Fiber Pills: 2.25 calories total
Total Water intake (goal 128oz) = 104 oz
Total of 1602.25 .....still in my food budget

Hi Shell, Yesterday 27th April I came to work after staying at home from work on 25th and 26th. I was not only tired but had an IBS-D problem. Since Thursday I had so many outings which I could not refuse and after all that eating I finally got sick. So yesterday I had a long face in the office and had just black tea and Bachelors' soup. However in the evening I had to go to my neighbour's house for her anniversary prayers and after the prayers we all had light dinner. All safe items like plain rice, chicken curry, beef cutlets which I did not take and salad. No reaction today and I am happy. Love Jenny

Snack - Toasted Nuts 'n Cranberry luna bar, Post Workout Protein Shake (tried some new egg-white protein powder... not too bad! )
Snack - 7 fat-free saltines
Lunch - 30g pretzels, Chocolate Peppermint Stick Luna bar
Snack - Mexican Enchilada Rice Thingy with 1oz baked tostitos, 1/2 cup pureed peaches, mandarin oranges & pineapple
Dinner - can of tuna with salsa on white bread with slice soy provolone, 1 cup pureed vegetable soup, 1 babyfood apricot puree
Snack - apple
Total: 2023 cal, 19g fat, 145g protein
Water: 116oz
Servings of Fruits & Veggies: 7
